Le groupe compte de 1 500 collaborateurs basés dans 10 bureaux à travers le monde : New York, Londres, Bruxelles, Paris, Milan, Antananarivo, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo.
Le groupe collabora avec 350 clients du secteur du luxe, du lifestyle, de la mode, de l’automobile, de l’assurance, de la banque
et des médias.
Leur mission : transformer chaque interaction avec le client en une occasion de créer de la valeur et de cultiver la singularité de la marque. Functieomschrijving Wat zijn je taken als klantenservice medewerker in Elsene?
- U staat dagelijks in contact met de klanten van de merken en vertegenwoordigt hen
- zorgen voor operationele uitmuntendheid in de backoffice
- klanten begeleiden en adviseren bij de keuze van producten tot en met de aankoop
- een kwaliteitsreactie garanderen in overeenstemming met de waarden van de Brands
- een kwaliteitsservice bieden die identiek is aan de service die de merken in hun winkels bieden
- beschikbaar zijn voor de klanten en van hun tevredenheid een prioriteit maken Profiel
Onze klant, gevestigd in Elsene, is op zoek naar klantendienst medewerkers met een zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans.
Wat moet ik doen om te gedijen en vooruitgang te boeken in deze functie?
- Je hebt ervaring in de wereld van lederwaren en/of prêt-à-porter of je kunt aantonen dat je er echt mee vertrouwd bent
- Je hebt een goed ontwikkeld gevoel voor service en je wil dit graag inzetten voor prestigieuze merken
- Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools: CRM-vaardigheden zijn een pluspunt
- Je gaat graag nieuwe uitdagingen aan, je kunt goed luisteren en je bent een zelfstarter Aanbod In ruil voor jouw vaardigheden biedt onze klant jou:
- Een uitzend contract van 5 maanden, gevolgd door een vast contract
- Fulltime werken: een week vroeg (7.54 tot 16.00 u) en een week laat (11.54 tot 20.00 u)
- Na een inwerkperiode kun je tot 2 dagen per week thuiswerken
- Een salaris in overeenstemming met je vaardigheden, met ecocheques en reisgoedvergoeding
