You will join the central Strategy Office of a leading bank, a team responsible for delivering strategic change projects across the organisation. Working at the forefront of change, you will help turn strategic priorities into structured and concrete delivery.
Your Tasks
- Support the delivery of strategic projects across the bank.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear plans and actions.
- Coordinate activities, milestones and follow-up across project teams.
- Monitor progress, dependencies and delivery risks.
- Prepare concise project updates and decision-making materials.
- Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
- Contribute to a structured, collaborative and improvement-focused way of working.
Your Skills
- You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You bring 1 to 5 years of experience in project delivery, project management or a related role.
- You can organise work, follow up actions and keep delivery on track.
- You communicate clearly and work confidently with different stakeholders.
- You combine structured thinking with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
- You take ownership while collaborating closely with colleagues and project teams.
- You are motivated to work on strategic change in a banking environment.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
