Position Summary We are seeking an experienced

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional Analyst

to support and enhance our Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales & Distribution, Transportation, and Supply Chain business processes. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver functional solutions, optimize business processes, and provide ongoing application support across the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise with excellent business analysis, consulting, and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and successful ERP initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business users, process owners, management, and IT teams to gather business requirements and understand operational challenges. Serve as the functional expert for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order-to-Cash, Sales & Distribution, Transportation, and Supply Chain processes. Analyze existing business processes and recommend system enhancements that improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, system configurations, and detailed documentation. Configure and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules, including Sales Order Management, warehouse picking, shipping, transportation, and related Order-to-Cash functions. Evaluate solution alternatives by assessing business impact, risks, resource requirements, and cross-functional dependencies. Lead and support all phases of testing, including test planning, test case development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution. Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures. Support integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and third-party applications by defining interface requirements, coordinating testing, and resolving integration issues. Participate in ERP implementation activities, including data conversion, master data management, system migrations, acquisitions, and business integrations. Provide second-level application support by troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating fixes, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with business users, gather feedback, and recommend practical system improvements. Mentor power users and collaborate with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, and Supply Chain leadership to promote system adoption and best practices. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and resource constraints. Support enterprise-wide business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of

7 years of functional analyst experience

supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Order-to-Cash processes. Extensive hands-on experience with: Sales Order Management Sales & Distribution Picking and Shipping Transportation Management Order-to-Cash business processes Minimum of

7 years of experience

in functional analysis, process design, application configuration, system support, troubleshooting, and documentation within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. At least

3 years of experience

supporting manufacturing or distribution operations. Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne data conversion and Master Data Management (MDM). Proven experience designing, testing, and supporting integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and third-party systems. Experience supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, business integrations, and system migration projects. Knowledge of project planning, project delivery methodologies, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination. Experience with business process improvement, process re-engineering, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience preparing functional specifications, technical documentation, user manuals, presentations, and training materials. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across multiple business functions. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
