Functieomschrijving
  • Create, update, and maintain client files and contacts; ensure follow-up and quality control of invoice data.
  • Digitalize, close, and archive files according to firm guidelines.
  • Manage partner's agenda, deadlines, reminders, and travel arrangements.
  • Register lawyers for conferences and events.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative files in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper processing and archiving.
  • Prepare, revise, and translate documents in French, English, and Dutch.
  • Conduct research, summarize findings, and assist in document preparation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and requests, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Organize meetings, lunches, and team events.
Profiel
  • Temporaray contract for at least 3 months

Aanbod
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Basis knowledge of MS Office
