pSenior SAP HCM Analyst | 12-Month Contract | Brussels /p pbContract: /b Initial 12 months, high likelihood of extension /p pbStart Date: /b ASAP /p pbIndustry: /b Energy, Utilities Technical Services /p pbThe Opportunity /b /p pWe are supporting a major international organisation operating in the energy, utilities and technical services sector on a significant SAP HR transformation programme in Belgium. /p pAs part of a major investment in modernising its HR technology landscape, the business is implementing bSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central /b, integrating it with an established SAP ECC HCM environment supporting approximately 10,000 employees across multiple legal entities. /p pWe are looking for an experienced bSenior SAP HCM Analyst /b to play a key role in this transformation, supporting the analysis, design, development and integration of SAP HCM solutions. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, business-critical SAP transformation programme, collaborating with functional and technical teams to help shape the future HR technology landscape. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse existing SAP ECC HCM processes, configurations, developments and integrations, particularly across Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM). /li liSupport the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the master system for employee and organisational data. /li liContribute to the design and implementation of data replication and integration between Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM. /li liPerform impact assessments, fit-gap analysis and data mapping to support the future SAP HR landscape. /li liWork with SAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB), supporting configuration, mapping and replication activities. /li liAnalyse and enhance existing SAP HCM functionality, including interfaces, workflows, reports and custom developments. /li liPrepare functional and technical specifications, solution documentation and test scenarios. /li liCollaborate with HR stakeholders, SAP developers, integration specialists and project teams to deliver effective solutions. /li liSupport testing, troubleshooting, data reconciliation, cutover and go-live activities. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong experience working with bSAP HCM / SAP HR /b, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM). /li liExperience with bSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central /b implementations or integration projects. /li liGood understanding of SAP ECC HCM architecture, configuration, data structures and integration processes. /li liExperience with Employee Central to SAP ECC HCM data replication, mapping or integration. /li liKnowledge of bSAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB) /b and associated integration processes. /li liExperience in SAP HCM functional or technical analysis, including requirements gathering, solution design and specifications. /li liFamiliarity with SAP ABAP, enhancements, IDocs, interfaces and integration technologies. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. /li liExperience working in complex SAP environments and large-scale transformation programmes. /li /ul h3Why Consider This Opportunity? /h3 ul libLong-term engagement: /b Initial 12-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. /li libMajor transformation programme: /b Play an important role in a strategic SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation. /li libComplex SAP landscape: /b Work within an established HR environment supporting approximately 10,000 employees. /li libInternational environment: /b Join a major organisation operating across the energy, utilities and technical services sectors. /li libMeaningful project involvement: /b Contribute to the analysis, design and implementation of solutions that will shape the organisation's future HR technology landscape. /li /ul
