ph3We are looking for: /h3 ul liA Senior Reward Manager – Executive Compensation Equity Incentives. /li liAs the senior advisor on executive reward matters, you will partner with HR and business leaders to design, implement, and govern compensation and equity incentives. You will act as the deputy to the Group VP Head of Reward Excellence on executive compensation matters, representing the function with senior stakeholders and external advisers where appropriate. You will combine strategic advisory with hands‑on execution, ensuring competitive, compliant, and effective reward practices across a global organization. /li /ul h3We count on you for: /h3 ul liSupport the Group VP Head of Reward Excellence in preparing Remuneration Committee and Board materials and lead the preparation of the annual Remuneration Report. /li liServe as the trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on executive reward matters, including compensation, job offers, promotions, salary reviews, incentive awards, retention plans, and job grading. /li liLead the design, governance, and execution of Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) programs, including budgeting, communication, implementation, vesting, and vendor management. /li liOversee the governance and administration of global employee share plans across 20+ countries, including grant execution, vesting management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination with Legal, Tax, Finance, Payroll, and external providers. /li liDrive the continuous enhancement of executive reward and global mobility policies, processes, and governance to support the organization's global talent strategy. /li liAct as the corporate reference point for the annual executive compensation review cycle, overseeing its governance, coordination, and successful delivery. /li liBuild trusted relationships with senior executives, HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Tax, IT, Global Business Services, and external advisors, providing expert guidance on complex executive reward matters and ensuring effective governance and compliant delivery. /li /ul h3You will bring: /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Executive Compensation, Global Rewards, or Compensation Benefits within an international environment. /li liStrong expertise in executive compensation, incentive plans (STI/LTI), equity programs, and benchmarking. /li liExperience supporting Board and Remuneration Committee activities, preferably within a listed multinational company. /li liSolid understanding of executive compensation governance, payroll, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. /li liExperience working with executive benchmarking providers such as Willis Towers Watson (WTW), Mercer, and Korn Ferry. /li liAbility to interpret complex tax, legal, and regulatory requirements impacting executive compensation and equity programs. /li liAdvanced Excel skills; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is an asset. /li liTrusted advisor with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. /li liExcellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence interacting with senior executives and Board-level stakeholders. /li liHigh level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. /li liStrong project management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. /li liCollaborative, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast‑paced global environment. /li /ul h3You will get: /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and benefits package. The Belgium annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €136,000 to €171,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. The primary location for this job is Belgium; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation.
