L’entreprise propose, à travers son métier POST Finance, des services de paiement via des comptes courants, transferts d’argent et cartes bancaires à une large clientèle de particuliers, d’entreprises et d’associations.

Dans le cadre de notre nouvelle stratégie dont l’objectif est de transformer notre infrastructure sur base des nouvelles technologies disponibles, de créer un nouvel élan commercial et d’améliorer l’expérience client, nous recherchons de nouveaux talents agiles, dynamiques et avec un esprit disruptif pour nos départements Commercial, Opérations et Transformation.

Dans ce contexte, le Service Risk & Process recherche actuellement un(e) Process & Quality Officer (m/f/n) à temps plein.

Vos missions

  • Assurer la performance optimale des processus des lignes métiers en termes de qualité, coûts et délais

  • Travailler de manière transversale pour développer un esprit « qualité et risques » au sein de POST Finance

  • Suivre et faciliter les efforts de la 1LoD (Line of Defence) en matière d’exhaustivité, d’efficience et d’efficacité des contrôles définis qui doivent mitiger les risques et assurer la continuité des activités

  • Contribuer à la bonne avancée des projets

  • Identifier les possibilités de progrès/d’amélioration, établir un plan de progrès et les objectifs associés

  • Optimiser les processus existants : analyser, challenger et simplifier les processus et les flux d’informations entre les lignes métiers

  • Monitorer les optimisations apportées par des métriques bien définis et suivis dans des tableaux de bord 

  • Accompagner dès la conception les nouveaux produits/services et/ou projets afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre des processus les plus « Lean » et orientés client possible

Votre profil

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme niveau Bac (technique) à Bac+2 ou avoir acquis une expérience similaire au diplôme

  • Disposer d’une expérience préalable de minimum 3 années dans une fonction similaire

  • Bénéficier d’une expertise en :

o    Gestion de la qualité
o    Gestion des risques
o    Gestion de projets
o    Gestion de processus

  • Avoir de bonnes connaissances sur :

o    La méthodologie et certification en Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt)
o    La norme de gestion des risques (ISO 31000)
o    La norme de gestion de projet (ISO 21500)
o    La norme des systèmes de gestion de la qualité (ISO 9001)
o    Les caractéristiques techniques et règlementaires du métier concerné
o    Les logiciels/applications informatiques d’usage

  • Être reconnu(e) pour votre excellent relationnel ainsi que pour votre sens de la diplomatie

  • Avoir d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles

  • Faire preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur et avoir un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse

  • Maîtriser les langues françaises et anglaise. Les langues allemande et luxembourgeoise seront considérées comme un atoutundefined
