Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Je waarborgt een uitstekende service aan de klanten inclusief het afstemmen op de behoeften van de klant
- Je ondersteunt andere afdelingen bij geëscaleerde vraagstukken of projecten
- De nodige aanpassingen voor Sales en Marketing in het ERP-systeem (SAP) volg je op en voer je uit
- Je krijgt diverse sales taken toegewezen: het toepassen van de afgesproken prijzen en materialen, het intern doorgeven van klantvragen, …
- Je biedt verkoopondersteuning aan de salesmanager: je organiseert klantenbezoeken en informeert de organisatie over de verwachtingen van de klant en de gemaakte afspraken
- Je behaalde minimaal een bachelordiploma en hebt ervaring in de maakindustrie
- Je hebt 2 à 4 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een B2B-omgeving
- Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en probleemoplossend vermogen. Daarnaast ben je resultaatsgericht
- Werken onder druk en tegen strakke deadlines schrikt je niet af
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Office en aanverwante software
- Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast spreek je Frans of Duits
- Kennis van de Chinese taal is een pluspunt
- Je kan rekenen op een marktconform loon aangevuld met extra-legale voordelen
