About this vacancy At TMC, we are looking for an HR Business Partner with a strong focus on recruiting top engineering, software, embedded systems and IT talent. You will work closely with fellow HR Business Partners, Business Managers and Directors to attract and recruit the right people for TMC. Next to recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives such as mentoring, Young Graduate programmes and coaching.
What we expect from you A Master's degree Ideally, a first experience in recruitment or HR Approximately 0 to 4 years of professional experience An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn An interest in technology and technical talent Strong communication and relationship-building skills Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset The flexibility to work mainly from Zaventem and at least one day per week from Ghent
