Responsibilities
- Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
- Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
- Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- English: Profound knowledge.
Education
- Bachelor or Master degree.
Telework
- Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
Required Experience / Knowledge
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience
- Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory).
- Familiar with various IT tools (mandatory).
Business Experience
- Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
