Junior Business Analyst We are looking for a Junior
Business Analyst to support IT initiatives within a complex
technical environment, focusing on business analysis, requirements
and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and document business and technical requirements. Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes . Identify tasks, dependencies, risks and improvement opportunities. Prepare functional and technical documentation. Support the transition of solutions to operational/run teams. Prepare progress reports, decision logs and project documentation. Contribute to quality management and risk analysis. Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, data experts and business stakeholders. Support long-term solution design and integration initiatives. Required Skills Experience in Business Analysis and/or IT project support . Experience working in complex IT environments, preferably the public sector. Knowledge of requirements management and process modelling. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and MS Visio or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of IT systems and technical environments. Knowledge of monitoring tools is an advantage. Experience with ANPR, camera or sensor technology is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Structured, proactive and detail-oriented approach. High level of discretion and reliability. Languages Dutch or French: Native Other national language: Strong passive knowledge English: Active knowledge
