You provide high level advise, lead major initiatives and step in wherever needed – up to fully replacing the Head of the department when absent. This is a director-level role with significant influence, combining strategic leadership with operational execution. /ppYour responsibilities /pulliStrategic Advisory : You advise the Head of Fraud Management Investigation on strategic and operational matters /liliProject Leadership: You lead major, often cross-functional fraud and AML projects, from concept to execution /liliDay to Day Operation: You assist in the department's operational management by analytics and prevention /liliDepartmental Representation: You replace the Head of the department when absent, with full decision-making authority, and represent the department internally and externally in a professional manner /liliStakeholder Management: You represent the department in internal and external forums /liliStrategy Execution: Translate the bank's and department's strategy into actionable initiatives . /li /ulpProfile /ppYour profile /pulliStrategic Mindset: You are a strong strategic thinker who can switch quickly between a wide range of topics and priorities /liliTrusted Partner: loyal, discreet and aligned with the Head of Department's Vision /liliExpertise

Experience:
You have a thorough knowledge of fraud and AML regulation and practice.
