Description:?? Vos principales responsabilités 1. Support Mobilité - Opérations quotidiennes Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié pour toutes les demandes de déplacements professionnels : Encodage, traitement et suivi des demandes (vols, hôtels, voitures, trains, visas...). Assistance de première ligne : Travel Policy, choix de transport, assurances, risques pays, préparation des dossiers de voyage. Contacts avec l'agence de voyage et les prestataires (compagnies aériennes, hôtels, loueurs...). Mise à jour des bases de données voyages et des informations voyageurs. 2. Back-office administratif Vous garantissez la rigueur et la fiabilité du service : Vérification et suivi des factures liées aux déplacements. Gestion administrative des cartes de crédit professionnelles (création, modification, plafonds, annulations, fraudes). Suivi des frais du service Mobilité et contribution aux KPIs. 3. Suppléance - ± 40 jours/an Vous assurez la continuité du service lorsque la responsable est absente : Gestion autonome des demandes de voyage pour tous les sites. Interface directe avec collaborateurs, managers et fournisseurs. Gestion des urgences (annulations, changements de dernière minute, grèves...). Garantie d'un service fluide et réactif. Profil ?? Votre profil Compétences techniques Niveau d'anglais B2 (contacts téléphoniques avec l'étranger). Très bonne maîtrise de MS Office : Excel (tableaux, suivi dépenses, KPIs simples), Outlook - Word. À l'aise avec les outils digitaux, intranet et environnements collaboratifs. Connaissance de SAP = réel atout. Intérêt pour le secteur du tourisme/voyages apprécié. Soft skills Excellente communication et esprit d'équipe. Sens du service, attitude positive et orientation client interne. Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. Proactivité et flexibilité face aux changements. Sang-froid dans la gestion des imprévus. Fiabilité, confidentialité et sens des responsabilités.
