Ze begeleiden bedrijven met een duidelijke ambitie, elk op hun eigen tempo en schaal, bij het vinden van de juiste financiering.Ze werken voor een breed scala aan klanten, variërend van jonge start-ups tot snelgroeiende scale-ups en gevestigde KMO’s. Wat al deze trajecten verbindt? Een duidelijke financieringsnood als vertrekpunt, en The Harbour die ervoor zorgt dat dit op de best mogelijke manier wordt ingevuld. Bij The Harbour ondersteunen ze reeds meer dan 100 bedrijven, en hebben year to date €120 miljoen aan investeringen gerealiseerd voor klanten. Met de steun van een sterke family office willen ze richting €1 miljard voor Vlaanderen werken. Een carrière bij The Harbour betekent dus: impact maken bij ondernemers, op het snijpunt van strategie, groei en kapitaal. De rol: Om ervoor te zorgen dat The Harbour groeibedrijven nog beter bij kan staan, zijn ze op zoek naar een Funding Manager. In deze rol: Ga je als expert werken voor sterk groeiende bedrijven die op zoek zijn naar financieringsmogelijkheden. Buig je je over de meest boeiende, complexe dossiers van begin tot closing. Ga je een team van advisors coachen en naar het volgende niveau tillen. Bewaak je de algemene kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten en stuur je bij indien nodig. Bouw je mee aan de strategische groei van The Harbour. Jouw profiel: Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een relevante consulting context zoals: deals, transactions, M&A en/of corporate finance. Je hebt ruime ervaring in het begeleiden van grote financieringsdossiers, overnamedossiers, waardebepalingen en transacties. Je weet hoe je complexe dossiers moet opzetten en hoe je deze kunt closen. Je bent financieel-technisch onderlegd en je hebt ervaring in onder andere balansanalyse, cashflow beheer, financieringsstructuren, bedrijfswaarderingen,... Je hebt ervaring met het leiden en coachen van een team. Je werkt gestructureerd en bent sterk in projectopvolging en klantbeheer.
