Your journey with us You will help Deloitte in building new Performance management solutions and models for our expanding needs, nationally and internationally; You will help drive the application support activities across our market leading solutions; You will engage with internal and external clients on trouble shooting in a timely manner; You will develop enhancements based on User Stories; You will support the delivery of solutions with a cross-functional and diverse team; You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; You will undertake activities that mainly consist in performing thorough research & analyses (qualitative and quantitative), facilitating workshops & client discussions, synthesizing results into recommendations for our clients and supporting them during the implementing of identified recommendations. You will coach junior colleagues who start on Performance management projects. Let’s talk about you You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business / Commerce, Technology or Accounting; Minimum 3 years experience in Consulting and/or Project work: Relevant experience with EPM tools such as Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP, Oracle, Cognos,... You love solving problems, constantly learning new things and being challenged; You have strong communication and analytical skills; You have a dynamic and proactive attitude, i.e. someone who looks to ‘get things done’ and takes pride in their work; You enjoy working in a Managed Services or Customer Support environment; Relevant experience You enjoy working independently or in teams as well as being in contact with customers; You are willing to travel occasionally for our international clients; You are bilingual Dutch/French and fluent in English; Based in Belgium and you have an EU passport
