Your primary duties include overseeing other members of the service team, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships. **Your role** - As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivery to one or more customers. - Advising clients in managing the business changes required within the client's organization. - You act as the central contact for your own team and the customer's employees as a "trusted advisor". - Leading business process definition, reengineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future processes during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders. - Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions detailing pros, cons and risks. - Lead discussions and drive decisions related to customer processes. - Understanding of implementation methodology, sales support process and tools including RFPs, pipeline tracking and scoping. - Maintain and further develop the relevant knowledge in relation to certifications and current best practices. **Qualifications**: **Your profile** - Proven expertise and relevant professional experience in the field of Enterprise Service Management. - Expertise in project management as well as in process optimization, quality management and process modelling. - Methods and professional certifications: ServiceNow certification is an advantage - Team player and responsible as well as success-oriented way of working Softskills: - Team worker and good communicator - Strong analytical skills - Ability to think outside the box - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently - Sense of responsibility - Able to rapidly learn and acquire knowledge - Fluent in Dutch/French and a good knowledge of English Additional Information **What we offer** - Work within a strong team of consultants. - A fast-paced learning environment with the possibility to grow as a professional, and complete training to further improve your skills. - You have an impact on the future growth of yourself and the team as we empower your own initiatives. - An interesting salary package with additional benefits like a company car, smartphone... - And last but not least. be part of Devoteam Digital Impulse family
