We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to drive growth in our Belgium Financial Services Industry (FSI) Account Team Unit. Microsoft’s FSI Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their digital journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
As an Account Territory Unit Manager, you will drive digital technology transformation in partnership with your customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes. You will lead a team of sellers to execute Go to Market strategy for your Industry/Territory and coordinate the partner ecosystem. Leveraging a large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, you will engage at the most senior levels of your customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies.
With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against an long term growth strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer and Industry Market Leadership**
Lead and orchestrate the wider enterprise customer and FSI strategy for Belgium.
Model collaboration and learning across customer relationships - balancing long-range strategic objectives with tactical plans of actions to drive positive impact for the customer. Be a thought-leader for Financial Services within Belgium and trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers
Work across the ecosystem of partners that are pertinent to FSI customers, create strategic relevance and value, growing Microsoft’s market share
Proactively cultivate relationships with senior BDMs, coach and track progress on Account stakeholder maps
Coach, inspire and influence engagements between internal and external senior decision makers on long-term business planning and drive the development of scalable strategic plans

Drive leadership in Operational Excellence for your Account Team Unit
Experience in leading and driving the solution process, orchestrating virtual teams, growing market share & consumption
Drive accountability for forecasting within your team. Understand the need for correct mix of business and opportunity using data driven decision making, and the ability to navigate through complex issues to create clarity for your team
Ensure account planning and strategy updates are built into the rhythm of the business, and orchestrate the RoB with sellers and with peers in EOU. Act as a change agent to drive new behaviours, championing digital selling tools
Lead pipeline generation activities and help drive deals to close focusing on usage, consumption, and value

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales,
marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
o OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
o OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 10+ years e
