The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the Belgium and Luxembourg area, ensuring and enhancing sales performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction. Location: Belgium, showroom in Zaventem (Brussels) and offices in Roermond (NL) Your Responsibilities Manage the Sales and Service organization, leading a team of 5 people. Interface with assigned distributors and customers. Maintain relationships with the existing customer base by planning and organizing activities and meetings. Provide analysis to identify new potential customers and opportunities in the area. Your Skills Solid background in Sales (at least 5 years) in tools and equipment, DIY, or locksmithing market. Native proficiency in both French and Flemish, with working proficiency in English. Willingness to travel within Belgium, Luxembourg, and occasionally to the Netherlands. Valid driving license required. The ideal candidate is strongly results-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
