Job Description

Your mission as a Digital Marketing Manager B2B at Devoteam Belgium ? You will set up our marketing strategy, translate it into concrete marketing plans and execute high-impact marketing campaigns with your team. Your main goal will be to generate demand and boost the sales pipeline for our activities in Belgium. You will also play a key role in our employer branding, taking it to the next level to help us attract the best talents. You will take ownership of our entire marketing activities and of the marketing budget for Belgium. You will report to the CEO and work closely together with our sales-teams and our recruitment team to align and define the marketing plans and follow up of campaigns. In this role you will also work with our Marketing teams in Europe on joint marketing activities and plans. Together with a team of two marketers/content creators, you will become our internal marketing ambassador for the technical teams and the broader Devoteam community in Belgium.

**What will your new challenge look like?**
- You will build and drive our yearly marketing plan for Belgium.
- You will continue to develop a sustainable corporate branding for Devoteam Belgium.
- You will enhance our social media presence and mesure impact on a regular basis.
- You will grow our company’s website impact, managing and driving the content lifecycle continuously.
- You will plan and roll out digital marketing campaigns to accelerate our sales.
- You will plan and organize B2B customer events such as executive roundtables, seminars, conferences and partner events.
- You will develop B2B marketing content and materials in collaboration with stakeholders in our competence centers, external agencies and business partners.
- You will lead a team of 2 digital marketers
- You will collaborate on projects with marketing colleagues around Europe

Qualifications

- You know how to translate an effective marketing strategy into ambitious plans and concrete campaigns to execute with your team
- You have built experience with managing social media and creating content for social channels and/or for websites, setting up campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) that impact the business: you can engage a specific audience, generate demand/leads and drive sales opportunities
- You can organize online and in-person events efficiently from A to Z
- You have experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
- You have experience with social selling through employee advocacy and thought leadership content
- You have a good knowledge of design/video, and an eye for appealing visuals
