- The Technical and Marketing Manager has a twofold role: to provide expert veterinary care and to spearhead marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our diagnostics products and services._
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring technical support for our customers while also implementing strategic marketing campaigns to attract clients and enhance brand awareness. You are responsible of rolling out the tactical plans aligned with the centrally decided strategies and validate the technical content of the developed assets and trainings._
- By combining your veterinary expertise with marketing acumen, you will contribute to the growth and success of our diagnostics business._
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical
- Provide comprehensive technical material and services to support our Diagnostics customers.
- Develop internal and external training plans aligned with the strategic and tactical plans of the Diagnostics Business.
- Marketing
- Execute marketing plans to promote diagnostics products and services, attract new clients, and retain existing clients.
- Create compelling marketing material, including website content, social media posts, brochures, and advertisements, to effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence, engage with audiences, and generate leads.
- Relationships
- Develop mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with our customers based on high quality interactions and exceptional provision of service
- Implement bespoke solutions for the customer, utilising all available resources and tools
- Address the specific and individual needs of customers proactively and effectively
- Work effectively at all levels in the team; with the Business Manager Diagnostics on planning, and with all relevant stakeholders giving them the direction to carry out strategy and plans
- Contribute to the success of your team by sharing best practice with colleagues and proactively introducing ideas
- Share detail of the management of key accounts with colleagues throughout the business unit
- Compliance
- Maintain high standards of business conduct and compliance, adhering particularly to Pharmacovigilance Policy, Global vet Policy, Zoetis values, travel & expenses policy and local codes of practice
- Maintain detailed and accurate business records including CRM of the team

- TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Licensed veterinarian with X years of clinical experience in small animal practice.
- Languages: Dutch and/or French + English
- EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience (3 years) in a technical role
- Experience in a marketing role is a plus
- Professional experiences gained in industries or sectors outside of Animal & Human Health are welcomed
- TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- High frequency of travel. Drivers License required
