Our Sales and Marketing organization is currently on an exciting transformation journey, including new ways of working and increased digitalization - all in order to take our marketing to new heights. We’re now looking for a talented Marketing Professional to join our European marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact and play an important part in the execution of our overall marketing strategy in our European markets

About your mission

In this role, your knowledge in digital marketing is instrumental as you execute Dormer Pramet digital strategy and content in the relevant markets, securing our online presence and reputation. Your responsibilities span across various areas, from supporting sales teams, Channel Partners, and end users through impactful campaigns and initiatives that drive sales growth. You work with planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of our Yearly Marketing Plan. You also have the exciting responsibility of driving marketing activities for new product launches, both internally and externally.

As a brand ambassador in Europe, you maintain alignment with global guidelines and work closely with your team to deliver high-quality marketing materials and activities that differentiate us in the market. From executing strategic events that strike a balance between onsite and digital experiences, to developing and implementing the Channel Marketing plan, you will be at the forefront of driving leads generation and sales growth. By monitoring and consolidating marketing costs, you will contribute to effective budget management, while leveraging your project management skills to lead various marketing initiatives.

The location for this role is flexible within Europe, you’re able to work remotely, and some occasional travel is included. You report to the Marketing Manager of Europe.

About you

We’re looking for someone with a marketing degree or equivalent experience. You have experience in digital marketing and driving social media campaigns - you might have a background working at a PR agency, marketing firm or in-house. Proofreading marketing materials in different languages is an integral part of this role, so you need to be fluent in English, Dutch and French, while Spanish skills is also beneficial.

You’re creative, dynamic and enthusiastic about marketing. With an independent working style, you have an ability to see the big picture, set ambitious objectives and thoroughly drive the needed activities to reach those objectives. It comes naturally to you to work with multiple stakeholders with a diverse set of needs, as well as to work in a multi-cultural environment.
