Dan zit je hier goed.Functieomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Performance Marketing Manager (min. 5 jaar relevante ervaring) die onze marketinginspanningen naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt graag met data en weet marketingcampagnes meetbaar te maken en te optimaliseren. Je bent vertrouwd met tools zoals Google Analytics, HubSpot en Power BI, of je hebt de drive en leercapaciteit om deze snel eigen te maken. In deze rol stuur je bovendien een Digital Marketeer/Webmaster aan en zorg je voor de juiste prioriteiten en coaching.Je maakt deel uit van het Digital Platform Team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Managing Director Digital Platforms.RequirementsVerantwoordelijkheden Ontwikkelen, implementeren en optimaliseren van performance marketingcampagnes (SEA, social ads, display, retargeting, e-mail automation, enz.). Monitoren van KPI’s (CAC, ROI, ROAS, conversieratio’s, CLV…) en vertalen van data naar duidelijke inzichten en actieplannen. Beheren en optimaliseren van marketingfunnels (lead generation, nurturing en conversie). Opstellen van dashboards en rapportages in tools zoals Google Analytics, HubSpot en Power BI. Bewaken en verbeteren van SEO-performance om organische groei te stimuleren. Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van een Digital Marketeer/Webmaster om samen doelstellingen te realiseren. Samenwerken met sales, content, data en productteams om maximale impact te realiseren. Identificeren van nieuwe kanalen, tools en trends die bijdragen aan groei. Budgetbeheer en forecasting voor performance marketingkanalen. Regelmatig rapporteren aan de MD over resultaten, learnings en strategische aanbevelingen. Profiel Minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in performance marketing, liefst in een B2C-omgeving of digitale consumentenmarkt. Sterk analytisch ingesteld en comfortabel met werken in data-gedreven omgevingen. Ervaring met of bereidheid om snel te leren werken met GA, HubSpot en Power BI. Grondige kennis van paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Inzicht in SEO en hoe dit samenwerkt met paid kanalen binnen de marketingmix. Ervaring met A/B-testen, conversie-optimalisatie en funnel management. Leiderschapservaring of sterke ambitie om een klein team aan te sturen en te coachen. Proactief, resultaatgericht en in staat om zelfstandig projecten te leiden. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (in Nederlands en Engels).
