Your journey with us Starts in the Consulting practice, in the AI&Data portfolio where we are looking to strengthen our team with a senior consultant AI&Data analysis, focused on the ER&I industry. The AI&Data team is a dynamic team, existing out of different sub-teams, such as data science, data architecture, data management, AI insights, AI strategy, data visualization and so on. As a senior consultant AI&Data analysis, you will work across these teams. Your added value will be the expertise within this industry that you can bring to the team.You will work with on a lot of data topics and projects, and further deepening your expertise on the energy and resources industry. You will build business and build further an internal community focused on this sector.This opportunity has a lot of learning opportunities, and specific growing opportunities within the team.So as a senior functional analyst you bring industry perspective across all data teams as input for: Designing new data strategies Modernizating data environments Providing insights and reporting Bringing a business perspective for building AI and genAI solutions Let's talk about you You have 4+ years' experience in a general data or AI focused role You have experience in this industry at least for 2 years You have excellent communication skills and you are proficient in building relationships with clients. You are a team player with strong people management skills to drive a multidisciplinary team. You are entrepreneurial by nature with a strong sense of ownership, delivering high quality results You have an intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a technical person, focussing on the functional part of the job (a business person) You are open to work in an international environment. You obtained a Master’s degree You have excellent consulting skills: project management skills, stakeholder management skills, people management skills You are fluent in English. One of the local languages is a must
