Senior Consultant EMEA – Life Sciences | 12-Month ContractZaventem, Belgium (Hybrid)Start: January 2026Outside IR35 | Belgium RTW OnlyRole OverviewA leading global life sciences organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (EMEA) to support high-impact programmes across pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical operations. This role focuses on process redesign, analytics, performance improvement, and solution implementation for complex life sciences projects.The ideal candidate brings strong consulting delivery experience, proven problem-solving capability, and the ability to translate client business challenges into actionable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & Problem SolvingConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify client issues and performance gaps.Review and interpret client requirements to develop insightful, value-add proposals.Lead business process redesign and support implementation across clinical, R&D, commercial, or operational functions.Create structured client reports, recommendations, and presentations.Connect business problems to appropriate solutions, methodologies, and service offerings.Project ExecutionDeliver high-quality, on-time deliverables for life sciences projects.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain active client communication.Support implementation of new processes and operational initiatives.Work in a hands-on delivery capacity (not purely strategy).Business Development & LeadershipIdentify follow-on opportunities and contribute to ongoing client engagement.Mentor or coach junior consultants as required.Contribute to thought leadership and best practice development.Essential QualificationsDegree in Life Sciences, Business, Management, Technology, Data, Analytics, or related field.Essential RequirementsProven client-facing consulting experience.Strong qualitative and/or quantitative analytical skills.Experience redesigning or implementing business processes.Ability to create client-ready reports and present recommendations.Strong client communication and expectation management skills.Exposure to the life sciences sector (clinical, R&D, commercial, digital, or operational functions).Desirable RequirementsExperience identifying and supporting follow-on business opportunities.Experience mentoring or coaching junior colleagues.Background in performance improvement, digital transformation, or analytics.Prior experience in a consultancy (boutique or large firm).Ideal Candidate ProfileWe want:✔ Consultants with hands-on project delivery experience✔ Profiles experienced in life sciences environments✔ Candidates who can analyse issues, design solutions, and communicate confidently with clients
