Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver appropriate solutions. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets to support business strategies. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting processes. Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for data reporting and visualization. Requirements Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in data visualization and presentation of findings to stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
