Your journey with us You will work in a team of tax, finance and technology professionals that standardizes statutory accounting and direct tax / Operational Transfer pricing (Cost Allocation, Operational Transfer Pricing, R2R and other related processes); Having strategic discussions with clients on the direct tax solutions available on the market, while demonstrating creativity and a solution-orientated skillset; Playing an active role in business development activities in order to grow our direct tax industry offering; Designing and implementing new (ERP) tools for direct tax/ transfer pricing purposes; You will work alongside with open minded finance and tax technology professionals and maintain direct connections with our tax advisory and consulting teams, all within a global network of ERP, tax, and technology professionals. Let's talk about you You have 3 to 8 years' experience working in tax departments of large global companies and/ or Big 4 / Consulting firm, with a hands-on implementation experience on automating direct tax/ transfer pricing processes in ERP systems ( by performing Standard configuration, ERP customization , requirement gathering, testing, and documentation) or consolidation systems or technologies such as EPM Tax Reporting solutions/ SAC / PAPM or relevant modules on Longview/ Anaplan/ Thomson Reuters and the like; Have working knowledge of the following SAP modules FICO, COPA, SAC; You have good understanding of data manipulation and you are not afraid of SQL queries and debugging ABAP code; You have a cross-functional mindset and want to cover the full scope of finance, accounting and technology; You are able to bridge the gap between IT and Finance professionals, explaining complex topics in an understandable manner; You excel in collaborative environments, bringing a dynamic team spirit to every project; You can think abstractly and solve problems in a structured way; You are fluent in English, and any other European language is a strong asset; You are an entrepreneurial spirit who loves challenges. Extra bonus points: Knowledge of technologies as PAPM, Microsoft Azure, ...; Knowledge of data modeling concepts; Passion for Artificial Intelligence; Knowledge of BPMN modeling; Good understanding of accounting principles.
