En tant que Social Relations and HR Legal Expert, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien juridique et social du département des ressources humaines en Belgique, en collaboration avec le HR Belgium Director. Vous apporterez votre expertise sur divers aspects du droit social, notamment le droit du travail individuel et collectif, les questions de rémunération et avantages sociaux, ainsi que l'emploi transfrontalier. Vous interviendrez également sur des projets stratégiques ayant un impact direct sur l'organisation et son personnel.

Vos missions seront organisées autour de trois piliers :

  1. Gestion quotidienne des sujets juridiques et sociaux - Vous gérez les opérations courantes et assurez la conformité de l'entreprise aux réglementations légales belges :
  • Vous contribuerez à la maintenance et à la mise à jour des modèles de contrats de travail, en garantissant leur conformité avec les législations en vigueur, tout en rédigeant et examinant les contrats des membres du personnel.
  • Vous apporterez un soutien consultatif sur les politiques de ressources humaines et les procédures légales, couvrant tous les aspects du droit social et des ressources humaines.
  • Vous suivrez l'évolution de la législation sociale en Belgique afin de garantir la conformité continue de l'entreprise, en anticipant les changements qui pourraient impacter les ressources humaines.
  • Vous rédigerez et réviserez les communications internes relatives aux aspects juridiques des ressources humaines.
Organisation et soutien du dialogue social - Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la facilitation du dialogue social et le soutien des instances représentatives du personnel :
  • Vous soutiendrez la préparation et le suivi des réunions des instances représentatives du personnel en Belgique afin d'assurer un dialogue social constructif.
  • Vous participerez activement à la gestion des élections sociales et veillerez à ce que toutes les étapes se déroulent conformément aux exigences légales.
  • Vous apporterez une expertise juridique lors des négociations avec les partenaires sociaux, en veillant à la conformité des accords et à leur mise en œuvre.
Accompagnement des projets stratégiques - Vous serez également impliqué dans divers projets stratégiques à l'échelle du groupe :
  • Soutien dans la gestion de projets de transformation organisationnelle.
  • Développement d'une stratégie de mobilité internationale (France, Belgique, UK, Pays-Bas) selon les besoins.
  • Analyse des directives européennes en matière d'égalité salariale et autres projets à l'échelle du groupe.

Als Social Relations and HR Legal Expert speelt u een sleutelrol in de juridische en sociale ondersteuning van de HR-afdeling in België, in samenwerking met de HR Belgium Director. U brengt uw expertise in op verschillende aspecten van het sociaal recht, waaronder individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht, beloningskwesties en sociale voordelen, evenals grensoverschrijdende tewerkstelling. U zult ook betrokken zijn bij strategische projecten die directe impact hebben op de organisatie en haar personeel.

Uw taken zullen georganiseerd zijn rond drie pijlers:

  1. Dagelijkse beheer van juridische en sociale onderwerpen
    U beheert de dagelijkse operaties en zorgt ervoor dat het bedrijf voldoet aan de Belgische wettelijke voorschriften:
  • U draagt bij aan het onderhoud en de actualisatie van arbeidsovereenkomsten, waarbij u ervoor zorgt dat deze voldoen aan de geldende wetgeving en tegelijkertijd de contracten van medewerkers opstelt en herzien.
  • U biedt advies over HR-beleid en juridische procedures, waarbij u alle aspecten van sociaal recht en HR dekt.
  • U volgt de evolutie van de sociale wetgeving in België om de voortdurende naleving van het bedrijf te waarborgen, waarbij u anticiperend reageert op veranderingen die de HR kunnen beïnvloeden.
  • U schrijft en herzien interne communicatie met betrekking tot juridische aspecten van HR.
Organisatie en ondersteuning van het sociaal dialoog
U speelt een sleutelrol in de facilitering van de sociale dialoog en ondersteunt de vertegenwoordiging van personeel:
  • U ondersteunt de voorbereiding en opvolging van vergaderingen van de vertegenwoordiging van personeel in België om een constructieve sociale dialoog te waarborgen.
  • U neemt actief deel aan de organisatie van sociale verkiezingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle stappen voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten.
  • U biedt juridische expertise tijdens onderhandelingen met sociale partners, waarbij u ervoor zorgt dat overeenkomsten compliant zijn en correct worden uitgevoerd.
Begeleiding van strategische projecten
U zult ook betrokken zijn bij verschillende strategische projecten op groepsniveau:
  • Ondersteuning bij het beheer van organisatorische transformatieprojecten.
  • Ontwikkeling van een internationale mobiliteitsstrategie (Frankrijk, België, VK, Nederland) volgens de behoeften.
  • Analyse van Europese richtlijnen inzake gelijke beloning en andere projecten op groepsniveau.

Requirements

  • Titulaire d'un Master en droit, spécialisation en droit social.
  • Expérience solide dans une fonction similaire.
  • Maîtrise du droit social belge et intérêt pour les enjeux RH à l'international.
  • Trilingue néerlandais, français et anglais.
  • Esprit d'équipe développé, vous aimez collaborer et vous savez fédérer autour de vous.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités dans un environnement stimulant et en constante évolution.
  • Prêt(e) à relever de nombreux challenges, tout en restant orienté(e) vers les solutions
