Bij UNIZO ben jij de brug tussen data, communicatie en impact. Jouw takenpakket Als Go-To-Market Owner zet je inzichten om in actie en werk je campagnes uit die écht ondernemers in beweging zetten. Je rol ziet er zo uit: Je graaft in data, onderzoek en klantinzichten en bepaalt wie we aanspreken – en hoe. Je bouwt onze Customer Value Proposition uit: wat maakt UNIZO of ons aanbod uniek voor ondernemers? Je schrijft een concreet GTM-plan met de juiste boodschap, op het juiste moment, via de juiste kanalen. Je denkt mee over de ideale marketing journey samen met collega’s. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert slimme leadgeneratie-strategieën en -campagnes, online én offline. Je coördineert acties, campagnes en projecten met interne en externe teams. Je test, optimaliseert en stuurt bij om maximaal resultaat te behalen. Kortom: jij krijgt energie van resultaat en maakt onze organisatie sterker dan ooit. We zoeken collega’s die strategie combineren met daadkracht en ondernemersgeest. Jij herkent jezelf in dit profiel: Je hebt een master in economie of marketing of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in marketing of communicatie. Je kan vlot overweg met data, segmentatie en marketingtools. Je denkt strategisch, maar houdt ook van actie en resultaat. Je bent ondernemend, commercieel en een echte teamspeler. Je kan mensen enthousiasmeren en projecten vooruit duwen. Bonuspunten: ervaring met leadgeneratie, ofwel in de context van ledenwerving, abonnementen of subscription business ofwel in de context van coaching, opleidingen en groei.
