As a Business Development & Account Manager, you will: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across Belgium. Manage and grow an existing client portfolio by strengthening relationships and maximizing growth potential. Understand clients' technical needs and provide tailored solutions in close collaboration with engineering teams. Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and adjust your commercial strategy. Actively contribute to defining and implementing the company's business development strategy. Proven experience in a B2B commercial role, ideally within a technical or engineering environment. Comfortable with a hybrid role combining new business development and account management. Multilingual skills: fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset. Autonomous, structured, resilient, and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. A strategic and diverse role with direct impact on the company's growth.
