À Bruxelles, le mélange caractéristique de The Standard — une hospitalité à la fois ludique, sophistiquée et inattendue — trouvera ses racines et résonances dans la culture locale.La promesse simple de The Standard est justement qu’elle n’a rien de standard.Job PurposeThe Events Executive is responsible for assisting the Sales & Events teams with the arrangements for groups, meetings, social events and familiarization trips.Duties and Responsibilities:• Sales Coordinationo Assist the Sales Department with uploading/updating corporate bids into the Cvent Lanyon platform.o Assist the Sales Department with keeping the Envision (CRM) platform up to date with various client-and account information.o Manage and follow the billing procedures of the group reservations department to ensure accurate payment records.o Support the Events team with additional tasks as required.Required skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Sales-, Reservations- or Events agent (looking to progress) with experience ideally gained within a similar Lifestyle Hotel or large 4- or 5-star Hotel in Brussels or the Benelux region.In addition to this, the ideal candidate will also...• Have a solid understanding and detailed knowledge of Event Sales, Planning & Group Bookings• Have a solid understanding and detailed knowledge of the Brussels Hotel & Events market along with current trends• Exceptional attention to detail with strong Administration and IT and Excel skills• Fluency in French and/or Dutch in addition to English is preferred for this role Benefits Include• CDI - Contrat à Durée Indéterminée• 20 Days Holiday + Public Holidays• Meals on Duty (once hotel is open)• Worldwide Travel Discounts via The Standard Advantage platform & Hyatt Hotels• Employee & Family Rates across all Standard and Bunkhouse properties• In-house Experience Programme• F&B Discounts ranging from 25-50%• Recruitment Referral scheme• Local Transport benefit• Eco-vouchers• Social Committee with regular monthly social activities
