Het departement 'Learning & Development', belast met het opleidingsaanbod voor alle Belfius-medewerkers, heeft onlangs een ambitieuze toekomstvisie uitgestippeld om de begeleiding van de ontwikkeling van de werknemers af te stemmen op de verwachtingen van de verschillende populaties en de 'LOVE-cultuur' van Belfius in de opleidingservaring tot uiting te laten komen.
In die context zoeken we een enthousiaste medewerker om ons te helpen bij de ontwikkeling en het behoud van een opleidingsaanbod dat beantwoordt aan de behoeften van Belfius op het vlak van technische en transversale vaardigheden, rekening houdend met de ontwikkelingen die gelinkt zijn aan de banksector en de specifieke metiers.
De job in een notendop
Je draagt bij aan de identificatie van de ontwikkelingsbehoeften op basis van de Learning & Development-visie en de Business-strategie. Je beheert autonoom de projecten in verband met de ontwikkeling en het behoud van het opleidingsaanbod voor het domein waarmee je bent belast. Je kiest de leermethode die aan het doel van de opleiding is aangepast en speelt de behoeften door aan de interne en/of externe opleiders of je coördineert de ontwikkeling van een digitale opleidingsoplossing. Je beheert het budget en de planning van de opleidingen. Je volgt proactief de kwaliteit en de impact van de opleidingen.Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

Je bent bachelor of master en bezit ter zake reeds enige beroepservaring. Je kunt vlot communiceren en bent proactief ten aanzien van de stakeholders. Je hebt aanleg om de strategische concepten en verwachtingen in concrete realiteit om te zetten en bent graag de stuwende kracht achter de projecten. Je bent bereid om de medewerkers de beste opleidingservaring te helpen aanbieden. Je hebt een open geest, bent positief ingesteld en hebt zin om dingen te verbeteren.Je scoort extra punten indien
