We’re constantly improving how we brew, package, and deliver the beers the world loves — and we’re looking for a driven Packaging Excellence Lead to help us take our packaging operations in BNL to the next level.This role is not about directly managing a team or designing packaging materials/equipment — it's about leading change, driving strategy via influencing teams, and embedding best practices across multiple production sites. You’ll act as a key link between our global packaging strategy and the practical execution in the field. If you’re excited about process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and tangible impact — read on.Your role in a few sips: Develop and roll out a packaging strategy aligned with global and zone-level goals, tailored to the local brewery context.Guide and support Packaging Managers through indirect leadership and structured performance routines.Implement technical toolkits and best practices (e.g. SMED, LBO, lubrication, VPO methodology).Analyze KPIs and challenge site-level performance to drive improvement in safety, quality, GLY, LEF, and loss reduction.Drive and coordinate packaging-related innovation and continuous improvement projects across the Benelux.Support capacity planning, debottlenecking, and investment prioritization (capex coordination).Build capability within site teams by coaching and knowledge sharing, not direct people management.Act as the connector between breweries, zone packaging teams, and global stakeholders.Who we’re looking for: You bring 5+ years of experience in packaging operations or production excellence roles within FMCG or manufacturing, ideally across multiple sites.Passionate about process optimization, operational standards, and cross-site consistency.Strong analytical skills and hands-on understanding of KPIs, variance analysis, and problem-solving.Experience with performance or excellence frameworks such as VPO, TPM, or Lean Six Sigma.Skilled with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms; SAP knowledge is a plus.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams — from operators to directors.Able to influence without authority and guide others through data and logic.Fluent in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).Willing to travel regularly across Belgium and the Netherlands.In addition to our competitive base salary, we offer our employees top-tier social benefits: Competitive bonus.Option to participate in the scheme for bike, fitness, travel expenses, and personal development.Compensation and extra vacation days (a total of 44 days).Unique birth and maternity leave policy.Option to take out an ANW gap insurance.Good pension scheme.Year-end bonus (13th month salary).Opportunities for learning and development (LinkedIn Learning / Workday Learning / Mentoring).Why build your career with usWe recruit for mindset, ambition, cultural fit, and growth opportunities.UNIQUE CULTURE We are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves and are passionate about building upon our company’s long legacy.
