This is a place to make a difference in the worldThe Role & What You Will Be DoingAs company’s ambassador, the medical representative generates sales revenue for the Kempen region by delivering high level of customer-related services, understanding and meeting the customers’ needs and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders through customer focused activities.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Sales representative role will make an impact:Engage with GPs and Specialists in a dialogue about the approved indications and products efficacy and safety;Deliver Innovative solutions to customer;Ensure efficient actions (& calls) on key target in line with regional plan, review progress, take action based on KPIs;Liaise with other colleagues from Sales, but also with other departments such as Marketing Medical Affairs to learn from each other and share best practices;Participate in meetings, conventions, and scientific symposiums with physiciansAbout Your Skills & ExperienceFor this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably scientific) with first experience in sales;Full proficiency in Dutch with strong English working knowledge, French is a plus;Autonomy, assertiveness, and motivation are key;Strong analytical, interpersonal communication and presentation skills;Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your time, solve problem and identify opportunities for business growth;Experience in the CNS therapeutic area is a plus;Learning agility, curiosity discover new therapeutic areas.At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
