Aanbod

Je start onmiddellijk met een voltijdse arbeidsovereenkomst van onbepaalde duur. Functie

Samen met 7 collega's maak je deel uit van het Marketing, Communication & Campaign (MCC) team. Jij brengt de organisatie en vooral meisjesrechten onder de aandacht in de media

Je hebt een transversale rol en werkt samen met collega's van de afdelingen fondsenwerving, internationale en lokale programma's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de mediadekking, van strategie tot uitvoering. Deze is gericht op het versterken van de reputatie van het bedrijf.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

Mediadekking: je ontwikkelt en implementeert de strategie voor berichtgeving in de media. Je werkt nauw samen met het PR-bureau en collega's van andere afdelingen om kansen op media-aandacht te identificeren en te grijpen.

Contentcreatie: in samenwerking met de interne experts en copywriters en het PR-bureau creëer je content voor de media.

Monitoring & evaluatie: je definieert de earned media doelstellingen van de organisatie en volgt de resultaten op. Je evalueert elke actie en deelt je aanbevelingen voor toekomstige acties.

Netwerken: je bouwt, verrijkt en onderhoudt het netwerk van mediacontacten, journalisten en alle mogelijke invloedrijke personen; traditionele en digitale media, specialisten en generalisten, schriftelijk, audiovisueel, enz.

Ontwikkeling en uitvoering van diverse projecten: je bent op de hoogte van mediatrends en het gebruik van nieuwe kanalen, zoals nieuwsformats op sociale netwerken.

Crisismanagement: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en opvolgen van crisiscommunicatie bij gebeurtenissen die de reputatie van de organisatie en/of haar werkzaamheden kunnen aantasten.

Woordvoerder: je bent in staat om namens het bedrijf te spreken en de rol van woordvoerder op je te nemen wanneer nodig, alsook om de andere woordvoerders van onze organisatie (de experts en onze National Director) te ondersteunen en te voorzien van de nodige middelen en kennis.

Sectorale expertise: je raakt vertrouwd met onze missie en ontwikkelt expertise in de thema's die wij behandelen.

MCC-projecten: je neemt deel aan en ondersteunt de andere projecten van het team Marketing, Communicatie & Campaigns.

Profiel

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in communicatie, journalistiek en/of public relations. Je kent de Belgische mediaomgeving als je broekzak, met zijn specifieke regionale en gemeenschapskenmerken. Je bent sterk in het leggen van contacten en het onderhouden van een netwerk. Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans (C2 mondeling en C1 schriftelijk) en een goede kennis van het Engels. Je bent sterk in het bedenken en overbrengen van een duidelijke, aantrekkelijke boodschap op maat van het doelpubliek. Je hebt goede kennis van MS Office.
