As a Future Banking Talent in Customer & Product Expertise, you will be the first point of contact for individual clients, handling their requests across various banking products: accounts, cards, loans, savings, online banking, and more.You ensure each interaction is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism, through phone, email, or digital channels.This role is not a typical client service job: it is a real opportunity to build deep knowledge of the bank's services, sharpen your communication and problem-solving skills, and position yourself for future roles within the bank.As a Future Banking Talent in Customer & Product Expertise, you have the following profile: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree: any specialization is welcome You have good commands of French and Dutch.
