With the expansion of Accountable Banking, we now offer our users even more A free business account that automatically sets aside money for your taxes, lets you pay bills and expenses directly from the app, and much more. Our Accountable Banking Customer Success Team works to not only take away the fear of taxes for self-employed people, but also to help them keep track of their finances. Our focus is on ease of use through modern UX/UI and outstanding customer support. Feedback from our users motivates us every day, for example through comments like these: ‘Simply WOW Super easy to use and makes the difficult world of taxes understandable. I was able to upload all my invoices with just a few clicks and then send them to the relevant authority. You've gained a fan.’ Tasks Objectives & KPIs You actively contribute to the economic success of Accountable Banking. You help optimize workflows that lead Accountable Banking to success. You support the design of internal and external processes. Tasks As part of the Customer Success Team for Accountable Banking, you will be in direct communication with customers to support our users (NL/FR/EN) You will act as an interface between our users and our banking partner. You will develop your own ideas and concepts for user communication and implement them after consultation. You will work with our colleagues in Berlin/Brussels on the further development of user communication. You will assist with ongoing testing to improve our user journeys in the mobile and web app. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure a perfect customer journey. Requirements Completed degree or training, or relevant professional experience You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English You are an open person with strong communication skills and a certain degree of empathy. You have strong empathy and can easily put yourself in the shoes of our Belgian users. You have a hands-on mentality and initiative, are motivated and think in a results-oriented manner. You are interested in self-employment and everything related to it. Ideally, you already have some experience in this area. You have a perfect command of written and spoken French, Dutch and English and can express yourself well. You are keen to work in a growing, highly motivated start-up and enjoy actively contributing to our company through your work. Benefits Contract type: full-time employee, indefinite period – we want to work with you long term Monthly compensation: 3,335 EUR/month base salary (x 13.92 per full year worked) 8€/day meal vouchers Eco Chèques (250 € per full year worked) Hospital insurance DKV Holiday: 25 days per full year worked + 10 bank holidays Excellent working conditions with the option to work from home An international, highly motivated team Long-term prospects with opportunities for advancement Team events and offsites throughout Europe A steep learning curve thanks to a high degree of personal responsibility.
