Nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs Customer Service Officers.
Missions principales:
- Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de l'entreprise.
- Fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients par mail et téléphone.
- Traiter leurs requêtes, répondre aux questions et trouver une solution aux problèmes rencontrés.
- Mettre à jour les fichiers clients sur un programme informatique.
- Assurer la satisfaction des prospects et atteindre les objectifs de performance.
- Adopter une démarche commerciale pour orienter vers de nouveaux produits.
Compétences recherchées:
- Excellente communication à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Office 365
- Fibre commerciale
- Capacités d’analyse
- Patience et empathie
- Aisance avec les programmes informatiques de gestion
- CESS privilégié mais pas obligatoire
- Français obligatoire et néerlandais privilégié.
