Als **Customer Service Officer** ben jij de **rechtstreekse schakel** tussen onze klanten en de operaties. Dankzij jouw **communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden** zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt
**Ondersteunen van chauffeurs** aan het loket en voorzien van de juiste documenten.
**Orders van klanten beheren van A tot Z** en zorgen voor een efficiënte opvolging.
**Dagelijks aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer** om processen op te volgen en bij te sturen waar nodig.
**Rechtstreeks contact met klanten en operationele teams** om een vlotte service te garanderen.
**Vereiste kwalificaties** Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?**
- Je bent communicatief sterk en weet helder en professioneel te schakelen
- Je kan prioriteiten stellen en werkt daarbij nauwkeurig en administratief zorgvuldig
- Je beheerst een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels - kan je nog andere talen uit je hoed toveren is dat zeker een plus
- Je bent vlot met zowel MS Office als je telefoontoestel
- Je bent enthousiast en leergiering, levenslang leren is jouw motto
