Job Description:Oracle SaaS P2P, O2C, R2R configuration, UAT, CRP workshops, business process mappingThe Senior Functional Lead is responsible for leading the functional workstream of Oracle SaaS ERP implementation, ensuring the successful design, configuration, testing, and deployment of modules such as Financials, SCM, or Procurement. This role requires deep domain expertise, strong client interaction skills, and experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementationsRequirements Gathering & Process Mapping Lead functional workshops (CRP, BRD, To-Be) with business stakeholdersElicit, analyze, and document business requirements and map to Oracle Cloud functionalitySolution Design & Configuration Design scalable and compliant Oracle Cloud configurations aligned to business processesConfigure Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, Procurement modules based on approved designsFunctional Leadership Guide junior consultants and coordinate with technical, data, and testing teamsServe as the functional SME and primary contact for one or more modulesTesting & Validation Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and assist in SIT/UAT executionValidate configurations, reports, and workflows in Oracle CloudData Migration & Integration Support Collaborate with data and technical teams to define data conversion rules and test mappingsAssist with integration validation and business process continuityDocumentation & Training Create functional design documents (FDDs), user guides, SOPs, and training materialsConduct training sessions and post-go-live hypercare supportStakeholder Management Present design solutions to stakeholders and secure sign-offFacilitate issue resolution and manage change requests8+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle SaaS ERPMinimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementationsStrong knowledge in one or more of: Oracle Financials, Procurement or SCMFamiliarity with FBDI templates, BIP/OTBI reporting, and Oracle Security RolesExcellent business process knowledge and client communication skillsBachelor’s degree in finance, Supply Chain, HR, or related disciplineOracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Financials Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist)Experience in verticals such as Manufacturing, Public Sector, BFSI, or RetailExposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADFdi, and Guided LearningFluent in Dutch and French is a plusAble to work 2-3 days onsite at the office in BrusselAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
