This team focuses on partnerships for Edenred’s Engagement online platform, a tailored-made solution for employers to enhance employee engagement. This platform includes different modules such as Discounts, offering price reductions and promotions at different merchants in the retail and e-commerce sectors.As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining your partnership portfolio in defined business sectors.More specifically, you will be responsible for:Promote and sell our solution to partner prospects who are active participants in the merchant sector, whether online or offline.Manage your portfolio of existing partners to ensure the achievement of sales objectives set by these clients and by Edenred.Define the necessary communication actions to achieve the objectives and use media spaces that will support this communication.Develop the partnership relationship on the other modules of the Engagement solution.Liaise with the Back Office teams to track your end-to-end sales process.Optimize the management of the sales pipeline in the CRM tool (OneForce).Manage the sales process and negotiate contracts.Make recommendations on pricing and rates for solutions while considering the commercial strategy and ambitions.Participate in regular events to achieve objectives.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOUYou hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree.You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.You see yourself as both a hunter and a farmer in sales, with proven ability to negotiate, build relationships and to manage sales process from planning to closure.You have demonstrated skills in communicating, delivering presentations, and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.You are data-oriented and understand how to leverage data as a tool in your sales strategy and to convince prospects. You are familiar with CRM-tools and ideally PowerBI.You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.START DATEASAPOTHER INFORMATIONPermanent contract (38 hours/week).Location: Brussels (Auderghem)A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance workers' purchasing power.The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week with your manager's approval, including a homeworking allowance of 115€ net per month.You are covered with hospitalization and ambulatory care insurance (with the option to extend it to your family).You benefit from all Edenred-solutions, such as vouchers but also Edenred Engagement of courseYour package includes a car or a mobility budget, depending on what you prefer.
