People who believe success means growing together, learning from each other, and challenging the status quo.If that sounds like you, keep reading. What you’ll do You will work across AWS- and/or OpenShift-based environments, ensuring they are resilient, secure, and automated.In this role, you will act as a bridge between development, SRE, and infrastructure teams—driving operational excellence, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the standards that keep our mission-critical services robust and innovative.Your tasks will include: • Operate, maintain, and evolve AWS- and/or OpenShift-based container platforms across dev, staging, and production.• Apply a software engineering mindset to operations: automate everything, improve observability, and enforce resilience.• Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and latency of critical services.• Implement monitoring, observability, and incident response practices.• Define, prioritize, and track non-functional and reliability requirements with product and feature teams.• Drive GitOps adoption, platform engineering best practices, and security-by-design solutions.• Partner with development and product teams to enable fast, reliable delivery.• Contribute to and help organize the 24/7 on-call rotation (every 4–5 weeks).What makes you a great fit You’ll thrive in this role if you: 5+ years of experience as an SRE, Platform Engineer, or equivalent role.Proven experience running production workloads on AWS and/or OpenShift.Strong coding skills for automation, pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Helm, CI/CD).5+ years real hands-on expertise with containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, OCP)..Solid understanding of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opensearch, Datadog, etc.).Familiarity with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Flux) and CI/CD automation.Strong security-first mindset, delivering secure-by-design solutions that meet financial industry standards.Excellent collaboration skills, with experience aligning stakeholders across multiple teams.Fluent in English (minimum EU C1 level).Nice to Have:Knowledge of Swift (financial messaging).Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management or Advanced Cluster Security (StackRox).Familiarity with Harbor, ArgoCD, AWX, or other container ecosystem tools.Strong background in networking, storage, and virtualization.Experience in a mentorship or coaching role within engineering/SRE teams.Act as a coach and mentor to colleagues, fostering growth in technical and reliability practices.Why join usAt Isabel, we offer more than a job, we offer a place to grow, contribute, and thrive. A human-sized Belgian company (250 people) where your ideas and impact matter 50% hybrid work, flexible hours, and autonomy to manage your time Coaching, training, and tailored development paths for every career stage A flat, collaborative structure with real ownership and cross-functional work Competitive rewards: Flex Income Plan, annual bonus, insurance, meal vouchers A strong engagement culture and inclusive mindset Easy mobility options: our MOBI strategy supports flexible, low-footprint commuting, whether by bike, public transport, or electric carProfessional gatherings that encourage collaboration and networking, as well as fun and purposeful activities led by our BeFun teamA certified Top Employer with 30 years of tech leadership and ambition  Ready to join us? Your voice, your vision, and your impact all have a place here. Let’s shape smarter solutions and a stronger digital economy.
