As a Lead Developer you will, next to your deep technical knowledge, also share your experience in development processes and practices with your team members and your client. We expect you to have strong leadership qualities and a personal drive to coach your team. As a Lead Developer you will have a very varied job. From hands-on coding, technical analysis to coaching your colleagues and providing technical guidance. Your core task remains of course software development and delivery, without losing sight of your responsibility as a team lead. You are a mentor and role model for less experienced developers. When your team faces technical challenges, you will be their first point of contact. Your profile looks like this You have broad and extensive experience with the .NET framework, but you also have affinity for JavaScript You have experience with cloud-driven development with Azure Cloud and possibly other Cloud providers You have good insights into software architecture, and you like to exchange ideas with your colleagues about concepts such as DDD, SOLID & Design Patterns You are on top of Agile methodologies and understand the principles of continuous integration, delivery, and test-driven development You like to give advice in the field of architecture, and you have the necessary technical leadership You have the capabilities to lead and coach a team You are an ambassador for Involved What do we offer you?
