De Customer Service Export medewerker zal rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de internal sales manager en ondersteuning bieden aan het bestaande team. Administratieve verwerking en opvolging Je plant, organiseert en coördineert de aan jouw toegewezen sales orders. Je volgt de volledige flow op en bent de schakel tussen de klant en de sales manager. Je boekt de transporten (road / sea transport) en je volgt dit op; Je ontwikkelt de labelling die voldoen aan de specifieke eisen van de klant en de lokale wetgeving. Je handelt de export orders van a tot z en maakt de nodige documenten klaar (oorsprongscertificaten, verzekering, EUR1, L/C, facturatie, ...) Coördinatie en samenwerking met collega's van andere afdelingen zoals regulatory affairs, marketing, sales, operations /logistiek. Relevante ervaring in Customer Service Export functie is mooi meegenomen Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels. Extra taal = pluspunt Kennis SAP (S4Hana) is een sterk pluspunt Vlotte beheersing van MS Office Enthousiaste teamplayer Je denkt in oplossingen Je houdt van administratie maar bent ook communicatief en klantgericht Vast contract na succesvolle interim periode Salaris wordt aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, eco cheques, verzekeringspakket, km vergoedinig, netto vergoeding, fiets lease,...
