Deviens Customer Success B2B en CDI à Liège chez Trustup
Scope : accompagner les indépendants de la rénovation dans l'utilisation de nos produits.
Bureaux : basé à Liège.
Langues : maîtrise parfaite du français pour accompagner nos clients à Bruxelles et en Wallonie.
Expérience : service client ou fonction similaire.
En tant que Customer Success B2B , tu seras au cœur de notre développement sur le marché bruxellois et wallon. Ta mission sera double : d'un côté, tu guideras nos clients, les indépendants du secteur de la rénovation, dans l'utilisation de nos produits innovants, et de l'autre, tu assureras le suivi régulier de leurs besoins, en veillant à leur satisfaction.
Ta mission
- Assurer un suivi régulier avec les clients pour évaluer leur satisfaction, anticiper d'éventuels problèmes et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration
- Augmenter la rétention client
- Identifier des opportunités de ventes supplémentaires
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement produit, de vente et de support technique pour améliorer continuellement l'expérience client
- Faire la promotion du système de parrainage
- Informer les clients sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités, leur fournir des conseils stratégiques pour maximiser l'utilisation des produits et services en fonction de leurs objectifs spécifiques
- Récolter et répondre aux avis clients publiés en ligne (Trustpilot & Google)
Ton profil
- Maîtrise du français : tu seras l'interlocuteur principal pour nos clients francophones.
- Excellente communication : tu sais écouter activement, répondre clairement et adapter ton discours en fonction de ton interlocuteur.
- Sens du service client : tu es orienté vers la satisfaction du client et tu aimes résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.
- Capacité d'organisation : tu gères efficacement plusieurs tâches simultanément et tu es à l'aise dans la gestion d'un portefeuille client.
- Autonomie et esprit d'initiative : tu n'attends pas qu'on te dise quoi faire et tu n'hésites pas à proposer des améliorations.
- Expérience dans une fonction similaire ou dans le service client est un atout majeur.
