Join our inclusive community and help members thrive Function In this generalist role, you will assist the HR team on HR related matters (hard and soft HR). You report to the HR Manager Belgium. Key Responsibilities Personnel administration and payroll coordination You assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department. You maintain and manage the personnel files (CV, contract, ...) and establish the social documents in liaison with our social secretariat. You ensure the payroll officer receives all necessary information (entry/exit flow of personnel, sickness records, holidays, ...) to ensure payroll is processed smoothly each month. Recruitment & selection of employees and trainees You assist the Recruiter in all recruitments requests related to employees, interims, trainees (from job description, advertising, answers). Depending on experience you carry out interviews. Induction of new employees You take active part in the onboarding of new employees. Training You assist the team for training enrollment and coordination + manage the training employee file. Project You coordinate specific projects on ad-hoc basis (yearly performance review, uniforms, etc). Profile You are studying Human Resources Management (bachelor or university degree), You have a good knowledge of Belgian social law, You have a very good command of French and English, You have a good sense of detail, You are autonomous and proactive, You are professional, mature with a propensity for multi-tasking, You are customer-oriented and discrete.
