À propos de ce poste
Le stagiaire front office est le sourire lumineux et accueillant de notre nouvel hôtel situé à proximité de l'avenue Louise et du quartier du Châtelain. En travaillant de façon flexible, il sera chargé de l'accueil et de la réception mais aussi de l'interaction avec nos clients dans nos espaces publics ouverts. La relation client est sa priorité, il gérera le téléphone, l'interaction avec les clients (arrivée, départ, évènements pendant le séjour), il prendra en charge le paiement des clients et maintiendra les échanges avec les clients avant, pendant et après le séjour. Il sera également amené à donner un coup de main dans les différents départements au besoin.

Nous recherchons des personnes ayant beaucoup de personnalité et une attitude positive. Nous sommes convaincus qu'une attitude positive et enthousiaste, associée à un désir de bien faire les choses et de créer une excellente expérience pour les clients, vous mènera loin.

●Faire preuve d'ouverture d'esprit et de flexibilité dans leurs tâches
●Manipuler l'argent comme s'ils travaillaient dans une banque
●Résoudre les problèmes de manière logique et en se concentrant sur les clients
●Être disponible les jours de semaine et de week-end, et ce, dans différentes équipes
Si vous vous reconnaissez dans tout cela ET vous avez un bon niveau de communication en anglais et en français (le néerlandais est un atout) … alors vous êtes parfait pour rejoindre notre équipe
