General information Your position You will report to the Head of the Project Management Office and work in close collaboration with a team composed of Business Analysts, Project Portfolio Managers, Project Managers and the PMO Support Office.You will be the key contact person for business partners in gathering requirements and performing feasibility studies for ICT applications or business solutions.You will guide business users and organise workshops aiming at defining problems and finding solutions within the ICT architecture framework.You will build up good relationships within Credendo (ICT, stakeholders, etc.) and at different levels.You will be responsible for implementing, in close cooperation with multidisciplinary teams, business changes within the value chain of the organisation.You will keep up the maintenance of the process framework and related organisational descriptions and act proactively in understanding new business issues. Your profile You hold a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree and you have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position.You have gained experience as a Business Analyst within the finance or the insurance industry.You have strong knowledge of SAP (FICO) and other SAP modules in an integrated environment.You show good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.You work autonomously and you are proactive in structuring and organising your work.You show good oral and written proficiency in English, and the knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.You have a sound knowledge of BPMN models and project methodology.You have strong analytical skills and are eager to learn.You can take responsibilities and you have problem-solving abilities.You are willing to bring improvement and challenge the status quo We offer An interesting permanent position in a stable, multilingual and international environment.Continuous learning opportunities to develop your talents.An attractive salary supplemented by a number of fringe benefits (meal vouchers, group- and hospitalization insurance, extra-legal pension, homeworking, flex reward etc.).A hybrid working arrangement (three days of teleworking) offering flexibility to maintain a good life balance.A role in a company where the following values are key: respect, customer intimacy and reliability.
