For a professionally challenging experience in Clean Process piping we are looking for an expert in clean piping. Process piping are vital to the success of any pharmaceutical development and manufacturing facilities. The focus of Mecotec is about qualification to meet the stringent rules and standards set by the industry and the regulatory administration. To satisfy the product quality requirements of ours customers, we work on qualification of process piping systems, and it must meet several criteria as ASME-BPE codes and standards, Optimization of the design for reliability; thus reducing waste; and also ergonomic use and the Suitability of the material selected for the applicable codes, environmental requirements, safety, performance and internal rule of ours customers As an expert you will work on the engineering, design and execution supervision of Clean utilities distribution systems, Clean utilities generation equipment or any GxP equipments including CIP and SIP. It is your task to evaluate the different alternatives or option for the project. You will specify the most appropriate systems and equipment for the user requirements, create the process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's) and make some capacity calculations. You should respect strict timing and define the appropriate spare parts and specify the instruments and regulation loops required. You will assist in completing alarm lists, datasheets and other detailed design documents. During the execution phase you will supervise the contractor and assure the correct implementation of the systems designed. You will assure that the client's specifications and cGMP are respected throughout the entire project. You will organize and follow the start-up of these systems and assure their qualification Your profile Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanics, Industrial chemist, or equivalent. You should be able to perform the following tasks: Delivering multi-discipline engineering projects throughout their entire lifecycle covering option development and evaluation, definition, estimating, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification and handover. Co-ordinating different disciplines and project stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget and to the required quality to meet the needs of the Customer. Have a knowledge and experience of mechanical areas such as piping (to ASME BPE), rotating equipment, valves, pressure vessels and atmospheric tanks, heat exchangers. knowledge and experience of specialist areas such as ATEX, PED, Master-Data, sterility assurance are a must. Good understanding of PIDs and schematic drawings Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Writing and executing of IQOQ protocol Review/approval of mechanical work packages such as engineering drawings (piping isometrics, P&ID’s and layout drawings) and schedules and Bills of Materials to issue onto the construction team. Experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical sector Ability to integrate/work in a team/communication Mastery of office automation tools Languages : French, English ; Dutch is extra Stress resistant
