Check out our new opportunity:Napoleon Sports & Casino is looking for a talented and customer-centric Head of P&L Gaming to take on the responsibility for the full Gaming P&L. This is a key role in our organization, reporting to the VP Online Commercial.You will be: The voice of the Belgian CustomerDriving the strategy to winCollaborate closely with our central Product teamsAccountable for the Gaming P&LCreating clarity around BE objectives & prioritiesOrganizing regular cadences with group functions (Player, Sports, Gaming, Content)Using the power and scale of central teams to benefit local teamsProviding player insights on a regular basis  Your Responsibilities: Create and execute Casino strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Lead the budget and forecasting processes for the Casino P&L.Analyze data to understand customer preferences and recommend strategic adjustments.Monitor competitors’ offerings and performance, recommending adjustments to our business strategies.Optimize, monitor, and report on promotional performance in collaboration with our Marketing team.Identify and implement improvement initiatives for the Casino business, tracking their performance in collaboration with our Product team.Develop business cases for Casino-related initiatives, analyzing their potential financial and KPI implications.Work with stakeholders to align on the Casino Games roadmap. Your Winning Profile: A master’s degree in Business Administration, Business economics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience in an e-commerce environment.Business acumen: Proficient in understanding in navigating a business P&L, with the ability to derive insights, trends, and business implications. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze vast and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights. Strong communication: Skilled in synthesizing complex insights and clearly communicating outcomes and actions to the wider business. Research expertise: Experienced in setting up and conducting research and experiments, familiar with tools like surveys, focus groups, and A/B testing. Casino Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Casino products, providers, offers, and possibilities. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Optimize, HTML5, SQL, and Tableau is a plus. Standalone, resourcefulness, can-do attitude and attention to detail are all important characteristics to make you successful in this role.Leadership: Ability to influence and guide team members to achieve Napoleon’s strategic goals. Preferably French-speaking, proficient in English and living in Wallonia.Experience in a similar role within the Gaming industry a big plus but not mandatory.  Our Offer:In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a challenging career in a unique, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
