The Expansion Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities : Develop the network of shops/franchisees (prospecting, study of catchment areas) Assisting the franchisees in all the steps (from the search fto the opening) Advising the franchisees in the operational, financial and administrative management of the outlets and accompanying them Selection of the candidates for the franchises Ensuring the proper coordination and planning of the opening stages of the sales outlets Previous experience in a similar position in sales Prospection / hunting skills Ready to travel and work in a dynamic, field-based environment Existing network with brokers is a big plus Bilingual Dutch and French A challenging and varied job Competitive salary package Good work environment Enjoy a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture
